Round Four... Wisp attempts a flower festival

To really fit this into the 'flower' theme, I'll have to add the context.



So, there's a flower festival going on in Wisp's area, which she decided she wanted to enter. The only requirement to enter is that the entrants have to grow a flower given to them, and present it at the festival.

However, try as she might, she couldn't get the flower to grow. Even on the day of the festival, the plant had only grown into a small sprout. (The fact that her house is always rather dark probably didn't help it any.) Since a sprout doesn't exactly qualify as a 'flower', she had to drop out, much to her dejection.

She'd even prepared a flowery outfit to wear for the festival. 
And right now, she can see some Seedrians she knows outside her window, excited for the festival, and she's trying very, very hard not to cry. 

She tried her best, and her efforts fell through. No wonder she doesn't normally do this kind of thing. ini
